SOMHA thanks you for your interest in our tournaments. The tournament director will notify you if your team has been accepted into the tournament. You will be required to send payment and your HCR once notified by the tournament director that you have been accepted into the tournament.

Withdrawal from any tournament will result in a $100 admin fee to be deducted from the registration fee, if the vacant position is filled.  If the vacant position is not filled, no refund will be given.  Withdrawal from any tournament during the tournament weekend without just cause, determined by SOMHA, will result in a fine based on the entry fee for that tournament.  Teams from outside of Canada are subject to an additional $150 CDN. fee for tournaments.  Canadian teams from outside BC are subject to an additional $50 CDN. fee.   All tournament fees are payable by (a) e-transfer and/or (b) Canadian Dollar money order (the registration link will walk through the payment process).
